Biker girl Low-poly asset

As I wanted to take a break from coding for my prototype, I decided to make a character to :

  • add some personality to the prototype I was working on.
  • learn another part of the video game development.

One of the characters I wanted to integrate in my game was a Biker girl.

First, I tried to do a High-poly version. I used Marvelous Designer and Houdini and came up to this :

But it wasn’t really appealing to me, so I decided to switch to Low-poly style with the same base idea.

I used the High-poly for the proportions and made this :

I liked this style more and I decided to give a try at Rigging and using an animation to put her on situation !

My custom Rig

After making my own Rig (and finding that I’m not an animator), I used Mixamo to do the job for me to get this short clip.

All of this low-poly character and scene, except for the rigging and animation, was entirely done within Houdini and rendered with Mantra !
